BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made in person, by telephone or online. The Box office is open from Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm and re-opens one hour before the commencement of evening performances. For online booking please visit our website at www.watersidetheatre.com
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cash or major credit/debit card. Once issued, we regret that tickets cannot be refunded except in exceptional circumstances. Pre-paid tickets must be collected at the Box Office one day prior to date of performance. A £1.00 charge is applicable were tickets are to be forwarded by post.
CONCESSIONS AND PROMOTION
Concessions are available for selected performances to senior citizens, students, unemployed and children under 16. Valid ID may be required. For promotional offers contact the Box Office.
GROUP BOOKINGS
For many performances a discount is offered for party bookings and school groups. Please ask at the Box Office for more information.

INDEPENDENT THEATRE HIRE (H)
The auditorium and break-out rooms are available for independent hire, corporate events, presentations and school productions. Full catering facilities can be provided on site. Please contact the General Manager for a quotation. Charity rates available.
CONFERENCING
The theatre is ideal for conferences, serviced by Bravo Cafe-Bar and Rochester's Bar with free car parking for approximately 100 cars. The auditorium can be adapted for all types of presentations, aided by a full size cinema screen.
ACCESS
The theatre has excellent access facilities for disabled patrons: designated disabled parking, ramped access to main entrance, box office and auditorium, lift to upper floor and workshop spaces, adapted unisex toilets, accessible cafe-bar and bar, induction loop system in box office and auditorium, guide dogs welcome.
LATECOMERS
All evening performances commence at 8.00pm unless otherwise stated. Shows start on time, please do not be late. Latecomers will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance, which may not be until the interval. Please note that this rule will be strictly enforced.
AUDITORIUM
Cameras, tape recorders and video cameras are not permitted in the auditorium without the expressed permission of the Waterside Theatre management. All mobile phones must be switched off. Glass, hot food or hot drinks are not permitted in the auditorium at any time.
CHILDREN
Children under two years will only be admitted to productions aimed at children. All children must have a ticket for a seat in order to comply with our fire regulations, no exceptions. For safety reasons, buggies or carrycots are not permitted in the auditorium. (A space outside the auditorium will be allocated for buggies and carrycots)
