Why Sponsor The Arts?

1. Direct access to a target market.
The Waterside Theatre has had 50,000 people across their doors in 2008 from L/Derry, Limavady, Co.Tyrone and Co. Donegal. The occupational group ‘professional' attends most often, as well as ‘full time' students.
Businesses who sponsor the arts have benefits such as logo placement, advertising, press releases and photo opportunities to enhance their name and product awareness to their customers.

 2. Enhance Business image.
The Waterside Theatre is a trusted part of the community and accessible to all.
A business may sponsor the arts to build positive connections, attitudes and values in the minds of its target customers and by linking the businesses with innovative and creative thinkers.

 3. Entertaining.
A successful component in developing individual relationships is corporate hospitability. The Waterside Theatre can provide a perfect opportunity to meet in a relaxed, enjoyable and stimulating environment. As well as key customers, clients or suppliers (current or potential), guests at these events could include shareholders, staff and opinion formers.

4. Staff.
Staff costs are often the highest costs that a company faces. It is therefore vitally important that your staff is working to the most efficient and effective level. Businesses can achieve this through focusing on the intellectual engagement of the staff and also by becoming involved in the social aspect of going to the theatre.
