Ticket Refunds / Rescheduled dates

Update Friday 3rd April 2020 -

For the protection of our customers and staff due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and on Government advice, the Waterside Theatre remains completely closed. This includes our box office and phone lines.

We are continuing to work with artists and organisers of events postponed due to COVID-19 to assign alternative dates. Some events have now been rescheduled and are outlined below. For all rescheduled performances, existing tickets will continue to be valid for the rescheduled date. For enquiries and ticket refunds, please contact info@watersidetheatre.com only.
