Telling Tales Art Project

The Waterside Theatre has delivered 12 weeks of high quality workshops in Greenfield Care Home since September 2016.  The residents have participated in visual art workshops and drama/music workshops which have been facilitated by two highly qualified artists, Hilary Doherty and Gemma Walker.

As a result of the artist lead workshops the residents have produced pieces of visual art work and a short performance which they will be showcasing to staff, family and friends on Friday 10th February at 2pm.

The Community Arts Officer from the Waterside Theatre, Amanda-Jane Prow said “We are delighted to have received support through the Public Health Agency funding which is administered by the Clear Project to allow us to deliver this exciting art programme with the residents and staff of Greenfield Care Home.”
